"Located in Riyadh's Al Ma'ather North neighborhood, the iconic Euromarche, spanning 41,000 square meters, opened its doors in the early 1980s. It quickly became a beloved destination for Riyadh residents, offering shopping, entertainment, and family-friendly amenities. This strong connection between the community and Euromarche grew over the years.
To honor the past and embrace the future, Euromarche is being reimagined as "Riyamarche," a new project that blends heritage with modern business. A museum will celebrate Euromarche's history, and popular brands will return to the renovated space.
The project was officially launched on November 11, 2024, with the support of the Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs. Riyamarche aims to become a landmark, connecting Riyadh's past and present while enhancing the city's lifestyle."

The project is situated in Al Ma'ather North district, at the intersection of Al Takhassusi Street and Al Aroba Road, in the heart of Riyadh. Spanning approximately 41,000 square meters, it features 33,000 square meters of leasable office space and an additional 7,000 square meters dedicated to recreational activities and restaurants. The design thoughtfully incorporates elements of vintage branding, reusing old materials and iconic architectural features while preserving the authenticity of the original commercial identity. A museum will also be established to showcase the history of Euromarche."
